A trail of sculptures lining the cycle rail trail from Thames town to Kopu. Following a competition in December 2017 in which 48 entries were received, a number of selections were made. The first installation occurred in November 2018 with many more to come.
The Jandal
Sometimes referred to as “the Jandal on the ‘mandel”, the Jandal was the first sculpture to be installed on the trail.
The Horseshoe Spheres
The Horseshoe Spheres were donated to the trail by artist Mark Hayes and were installed in July 2019.
